Great gift!
Gift card made for a great gift for a family member.
Disappointed with E-mail Gift Card delivery
Hello -- I love Box Basics, and have ordered a ton of products from you all, but this experience was not good. The e-mail that I received as the sender of the e-gift cards was great! Had the person's name on it, with the greeting from me, etc. Unfortunately, the gift card e-mail the RECIPENT received had ZERO details regarding what it was. Worse yet, the e-mail they each received was addressed to "Kevin", so they either deleted it or their system routed to spam. Only one person was able to see it and forward me the message. And, I had sent cards to five different people on our non-profit Board, so I had to follow up with EACH one of them and forward the e-mail I had received. Needless to say, that completely blew the surprise. Hoping you guys can fix this process! Thank you!
