30 DAY RETURN POLICY
- Feel confident in your purchase with our 30-day Return policy. It offers you plenty of time to see if you really LOVE your order. If you don't LOVE it, return any item to us in new or unused condition within 30 days of receiving your purchase and we'll be more than happy to help you with an exchange or refund.
- Sorry, no refunds on worn product. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in 100% new and unused condition. Apparel must have hangtags attached.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for a return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return is processed.

Exchanges
- It's super easy to make an exchange. Just return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the new item (in the right size or color) on Box Basics.
- Once we receive the item you returned, we'll process it and issue you a full refund for your original order.
- This way you'll get the right size/color faster and won't have to worry about it going out of stock while you wait for us to process the exchange.
