Sizing

1. Stand on the middle of the rope with one foot.
2. Pull the handles straight up making sure the rope is taut.
3. Depending on your preference, the top of the handles should reach anywhere between your armpits and shoulders.

• If you're starting out, have the handle tops closer to the shoulder.
• If you're a veteran, the tops of the handle should be closer to the armpit.
