I’ve been enjoying my foam rolling sessions with the Trigger Point roller. It is a good size to take to the gym with me and also to use at home. I like that it is not completely smooth and is firmer than the typical softer foam rollers at the gym.

Great roller

Interesting that more science (studies) reccommend rolling out for 5-10 mins after your wod instead of stretching. This roller is super study and seems like it will last forever. Very happy with the purchase.
