Nice wide fit. Went up a half size cause I have pretty wide feet. Used them for lifting, pushing and pulling sleds. Overall a great all around shoe if you do a bit of everything.
Finally...Super Comfy
These are super comfy and breathable. I did have to 1/2 size up, I normally take a 9.5 and had to go to 10. I love the Nano 6.0 and these are the closest to that feel. I don't max out much and feel these trainers are good for all lifts and plyo's etc..
Best Shoes I Have Ever Worked Out In.
I have been on the hunt for an all-rounder shoe to wear for years. I have tried many of the popular competitors. My training involves sprints, lifting, and a lot of plyometrics. I was really struggling to find something that felt comfortable in all 3 categories, since my workouts blend these categories in a single training session. I tried these shoes out because they seemed to say all the right things, and checked every box. WOW. When I did my first set of jump squats, I knew these shoes were special. I feel like I can sprint faster, jump higher, and push myself in a way I didn't know a shoe could make possible. I have been wearing them for months now, and I know I will be repurchasing. Best training shoe if, like me, you're doing a lot of HIIT, plyo, sprints, and lifting to a point (I do simply take them off for my heaviest squats or deadlifts).
Great Shoe!
Huge toe box and super comfortable. Really good for running. Stable for metcons. I wouldn't lift super heavy in it though. Shoe definitely runs small. I'm usually a 11.5 and had to size up to a 12.5.
