Sweat. It's an inescapable part of any active lifestyle. After a grueling WOD we've all made sweat angels at the gym; but that's where we want our sweat to stay, at the gym. If you didn't bring a change of clothes or a dry towel, all that sweat and everything that comes with it (i.e. odor, stickiness, and general funk) is coming home with you and staying in your car.
