The fitness fanatic favorite Nike Metcon 4 is getting a huge upgrade in January 2019!
Unlike in previous years Nike will not be releasing the next generation of Metcons at the start of the year (that will be in mid 2019), but instead they've taken the tough and reliable Metcon 4 and have made it even tougher and better looking (bet you didn't think that was possible).
This new updated version will be known as the Nike Metcon 4 XD. The "XD" designation signifies it's new Xtra Durable construction upper that centers around a stronger Haptic print inspired by the knurling on a barbell.
Aside from the changes to the upper you can still expect the same fit and performance you depend on to get the most out of your training.
Multiple colorways for both Men and Women Metcon 4 XD will be available in early January, but if you want you can reserve your pair here.
